These terms of service regulate the access and use conditions of the platform “The CompanyGym”.
The CompanyGym is an online platform made available by Dascat Software Lda., with headquarters in Rua dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra, nº14 7ºD - Coimbra.
“User” refers to the individual or company who subscribes the services of The CompanyGym.
Dascat Software Lda. reservs the right to update the present Terms of Service, without having the obligation to notify its users when these changes occur. We therefore advice our users to consult these Terms of Service on a regular basis.
By using The CompanyGym you accept the Terms of Service that are presently in effect. If you don’t agree with any of these conditions, you should cease using the platform.

Service Description
The CompanyGym is an online training platform that allows users to send short and simple daily quizzes on a regular basis.
The user is entirely responsible for the platform’s management, including for adding, editing and deleting all the contents required for the trainings (users, questions, images and videos).
The user can access the platform anytime. To do that, he/she needs to have a registered account.
While the service remains in beta-phase it is possible to find errors in the platform. In the worst case scenario, these errors can compromise the information contained in the platform, and the user is entirely responsible for having a data backup.

Account Registration
To access the platform, the user needs to be registered. If he/she is registered, he/she can access the platform with an username and password.
During the beta-phase, the user must request an invitation to access the platform. To do so, he/she must fill the form in our website (www.thecompanygym.com), and wait for our contact. There is not a defined waiting period for the user to receive our contact.
The CompanyGym Team reserves the right to restrict and select user registration.

User Account
The user can cancel his/her account at any given time.
The CompanyGym Team reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user’s account if its usage is illegal, or threatens the platform in any way, or doesn’t respect the legal dispositions or this Terms of Service.

Payment and Subscription
Payment can be done by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or any other payment method indicated in our website. All the information regarding payment is in our website.
The user subscription can be renewed automatically. To do so, the user just needs to indicate this at the moment he/she subscribes the plan.
The user can choose to upgrade the plan anytime. Downgrading the plan is only possible when the current plan expires.
The CompanyGym reserves the right to delete the user’s account in case of miss payment.

Personal Information Protection
Personal information given by users is treated according to the current legal dispositions. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Communication
To contact the user, The CompanyGym Team will use the contacts given to us by the user. The user should keep this contacts updated at all times.
If the user wishes to contact our team, he/she can do it at info@thecompanygym.com.

Responsibility
The user is the sole responsible for any content he/she uploads and shares throught the platform (questions, images, videos, and so on), making sure to respect legal and contract rules that aply.
The user is responsible for all the platform’s management.
The user is also responsible for making data backups of all the information uploaded to the platform. The CompanyGym Team does not takes responsibility for the loss of data.
The platform should be used for training purposes only. Using it for any other purpose is responsibility of the user.
The CompanyGym Team does not take responsibilty for any confidential information leak in the platform.

In Dascat Software, Lda we respect the privacy of those who use our products, amongst others the online training platform “The CompanyGym”. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to Dascat Software Lda, and The CompanyGym Team, as “Dascat”, “we” and “ours”, and we refer to our users as “you” or “yours”.
